Top satisfaction thanks to the staff's kindness!! The quality is great compared to other accommodations in the nearby Nagoya Sakae area. The large public bath was also clean and nice.

The walk from Hisaya-Odori Station isn't five minutes, it's about 10 minutes. What I love most is that you pass a nice little supermarket; during strawberry season, it's very convenient to buy a box every day. If you're feeling unwell during your trip, you can also buy a discounted, hearty bento box at this supermarket. Also, based on other people's reviews, be aware that the single-occupancy room type mentioned in reviews is called a "small double room" on the platform. It's actually a single room with a slightly wider single bed; definitely don't let two adults sleep together, it's definitely not comfortable. The room amenities for the two bed types mentioned in reviews are different from the single-bed double room, because the latter is more expensive. The latter is called a "standard double room" on the platform, and it comes with regular slippers and no separate shower area. However, the standard double room is still very comfortable, and with the rooftop bath, this is an excellent choice. I only found out after returning home that breakfast delivery to the door is free; I thought I had seen reviews saying this service was chargeable. Also, the front desk service at this hotel is absolutely perfect! 👍 Our trip was cancelled by the platform, but the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and dedicated, offering impeccable assistance in any way they could. We were deeply moved. I've already shared my complete experience on the platform. Here, I just want to say thank you! 👍👍👍

Located near Sakae Station, the hotel is in a lively area with a park view from the window, making its location quite excellent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fairly spacious. Our room included breakfast; you need to select your breakfast at the front desk before 11 PM the night before. The breakfast portions were very generous, and the dining environment was comfortable and clean. The hotel also has an onsen (hot spring) area. After soaking, there are popsicles available in the relaxation area outside, or you can get a coin-operated milk bottle – a nice touch. Recommended for anyone visiting Nagoya. 20251001-1004
