I stayed at the Hotel Apollo in early September for my vacation; it was my second stay there, after spending a few days there with my dad way back in 2002. When I decided to return to Riccione, I purposely chose this hotel, and I must say I wasn't disappointed. As soon as I arrived, the owner greeted me warmly: I recognized him immediately, and he was just as kind and friendly as I remembered. The room I was assigned had a double bed, even though I was alone, which gave me more space to fully enjoy my two-week vacation. I had a vague memory of the hotel's breakfast buffet, but the next morning I discovered how good it was: it was my first experience with a "savory breakfast," and I have to thank the hotel for introducing me to it. All the food was fresh, tasty, and high-quality; the freshly squeezed juices and the coffee machine (I like cappuccino!) were always efficient and excellent. The front desk staff was always attentive and helpful, even ready to chat to get the day off to a good start. The room cleaning service was also perfect: the lady who looked after my floor was always kind and greeted me every morning with a smile and a simple "See you tomorrow morning," giving me the best start to my day. The reception staff and everyone who worked throughout the day were always kind, attentive, and available at all times, ready to exchange even just a few polite words. I truly want to thank the entire staff at the Hotel Apollo in Riccione. Your welcome was perfect, and I truly appreciated your kindness and ever-present smiles. Thanks to you, my September stay was not only comfortable, but also truly relaxing, thanks to your professionalism and friendliness. Congratulations to everyone! The location is practically on the seafront and a 2-minute walk from Via Dante. Well-appointed, very clean rooms with king-size beds and sea views. Very friendly staff, starting with the manager, who is truly helpful and professional.

Exceptional in every way! I loved everything about this facility. Special praise goes to the manager, who proved to be a sensitive person, extremely attentive to his clients, and extremely productive. His kindness and professionalism amazed me!
