Three-night stay at this hotel in Brussels. The location is excellent, as the city's main attractions are within walking distance. The breakfast was also excellent, with good products and a good selection. I found the quality to be high. The constant coffee/water service at reception was very helpful. In the evening, you can enjoy a herbal tea in the breakfast room. The downsides are that there are no power outlets next to the bed; the only ones are far away, so you can't charge your phone overnight on the bedside table. Another negative thing about our room was that there was a pillar in front of the bed, making it very small and cramped. There is no terrace. The worst thing, in my opinion, was that the room wasn't cleaned after the first night. Okay, we figured, we'd get two towels and go to bed. But the same thing happened after the second night. Annoyed, we asked reception at 3:45 PM when it would be cleaned, and they told us that the room would be ready within 30 minutes. We returned to the hotel at 4:45 PM, but nothing happened; the room was still messy, just as it had been left. After ten minutes, a young woman approached, asking permission to clean the room (at 5 PM). She proceeded, and after about 15 minutes, we were able to return to our room. We were quite surprised that, without asking, we would probably have been without new towels and a room service after two nights and three days.

Hotel in a great location, close to many shops and public transport. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Excellent breakfast. Great cleanliness and comfort of the room. Having water and snacks available is a plus that enhances the trip. We loved it and would return.
