I don't think the hotel deserves 4 stars. I've stayed in hotels all over the world, and I myself have worked in quality hotels in the Antalya region for years, but the focus on guest satisfaction is low. When I said we needed two extra towels, the reception staff said we were only allowed two per day. Above all, I think the attitude doesn't aim to serve the guest; this is the first time I've experienced this, it's really strange. There's no liquid soap for hand washing in the room, and no shampoo/gel dispenser in the shower; it comes in small plastic bottles, like an apartment hotel, which is insufficient. We honestly didn't like room 306; the room was old, the parquet floors were scratched, and when you enter, it gives the impression of a neighborhood apartment. We didn't even unpack our suitcases, and I think they weren't clean enough. The bed sheets were stained and generally dusty. The bathroom sink drain was full and the water wasn't draining properly. In the restaurant, Cengizhan was friendly, but the other female staff members put drinks or food on the table as if they were hitting us on the head. I think the staff needs improvement or better training. The hotel is in a fantastic location with a superb terrace view, but I think it deserves better management and some maintenance. Would I come again? No, and I wouldn't recommend it, unfortunately.
