Impeccably clean! Comfortable bed, bedding and pillows, beautiful rooftop pool and equipped gym. Front desk is very friendly and kind, wonderful hospitality. Perfect location - short walk to Regatta Grove and CocoWalk. Highly recommend Crema Cafe for excellent coffee and lovely sidewalk patio for people watching. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a whole scam , they do not display the room details you are going to be in until you checked in. You gotta pay for everything, no parking & the rooms are so small it’s a no for me

The location is maybe the best thing about this hotel, which is why I am choosing to give 2 stars, but I was super disappointed in the customer service and overall room. The room was super small and tight with a strong smell of marijuana that likely came from smoking in nearby rooms. The hotel also has residences and hosts Airbnb’s - so I’m not sure how much quality control can be done about this. This gave our stay an icky feeling that made us feel that the location was possibly not the cleanest. We decided to cut our stay early and while checking out we didn’t receive any sort of confirmation that they’d be closing out our stay/account - which left me with the worry that additional charges may incur in our account. In other words, I didn’t really sense that I can trust the staff. The thought stayed with me after we left the hotel and we decided to call the front desk to confirm that everything was closed out. They left us on hold for half an hour. Luckily we were able to contact our third party vendor and get a refund for our second night and ensure that we wouldn’t have additional charges.
