Hotel Ascot Opera

I stayed at this hotel from December 30th to January 3rd and had a truly wonderful time. I'll start with the staff, who were incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. They even moved me to their second location, just a 2–3 minute walk away, to offer me an even larger room. A gesture I truly appreciated. Another thing that really struck me: I needed a more powerful hairdryer (due to my hair type) and wanted to use it comfortably sitting next to the bed. I asked for one at reception, and after about an hour and a half, they went out to buy one. They brought it to my room by knocking on the door and told me I could keep it for my entire stay. A truly rare kindness; I immediately felt at home. As for comfort, considering that it's very cold in France, returning to the hotel after long walks in Paris was truly relaxing. The room was always warm, welcoming, and tidy, with air conditioning and even a kettle (very useful for a hot drink or even a hot water bottle). I'd also like to emphasize the honesty and professionalism: my personal belongings were never touched, and if a suitcase or item of clothing needed to be moved, it was done with great care and respect. The bathroom was very clean, and the shower was truly excellent: the water didn't leak, it didn't flood the floor (which unfortunately often happens in other hotels), and the water was super hot, which I loved. In conclusion, a welcoming, warm, clean hotel with truly exceptional staff. Highly recommended, I'd go back in a heartbeat 💖

Four-night stay at the Ascot Opéra Hotel. The room, located on the first floor, was extremely noisy: constant noise from everywhere (street noise, toilets flushing in other rooms, continuous running water, noisy stairs, neighbors' conversations). It was very difficult, if not impossible, to get a proper rest. Cleanliness left much to be desired: hair was found in the sheets and in the bathroom. Positive points, however: the location and the breakfast. On the other hand, the atmosphere needs improvement: the person in charge of breakfast was completely unfriendly (remarks such as "I'm not ready yet, everyone arrives at the same time" at 7:10 a.m., even though they open at 7:00 a.m.), and inappropriate conversations between employees criticizing a colleague in the kitchen, audible to other guests. As a guest, we shouldn't have to hear these kinds of remarks.

Excellent hotel where we spent a pleasant night as a family. Comfortable room, ideal location for our activities. Friendly staff and a good breakfast.
