We were happy with this hotel. We had a room that overlooked the Gran Via and yet with the electric awnings it was still quiet and dark for sleeping. Beds were comfortable, the room was ample and the shower was huge with great water pressure. One of the best European showers we’ve had. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace for reasonably priced drinks. Only drawback - no coffee in the room. They really need to change that. You can get coffee in the breakfast room but there are no to go cups, so if you are taking for two you have to navigate up to your room with your hands full. Are you listening Hotel Atlántico? Desk staff was correct but not friendly.

Strategically located in the heart of Madrid. The rooms are decent, but at this price you can find better on the same boulevard. However, the reception staff are haughty and arrogant towards foreigners; it borders on racism.
