We stayed 5 nights at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the atmosphere was welcoming. There's a small supermarket next door that's very convenient and they stay open late. The bus to the center of Barcelona is also close by. Good location.

We stayed four nights in this hotel, and they were four nights of hell. The soundproofing is simply nonexistent: we could hear absolutely everything that was happening in the neighboring rooms, as if the walls didn't exist. The worst part was the connecting door that gave direct access to the next room. This door had absolutely no soundproofing: we could hear footsteps, conversations, people coming and going… It was as if we were in the same room as our neighbors. No privacy, no rest, no peace and quiet. For an establishment that claims to be four-star, this is completely unacceptable. The comfort is nonexistent, and the experience is simply exhausting. On top of that, there was another problem: we had to pay the tourist tax twice, an extra €50, without any clear explanation. I strongly advise against this hotel and recommend that future guests avoid it if they wish to sleep, rest and preserve their privacy.

The room was adequate, but the soundproofing wasn't sufficient, or perhaps the neighbors were making too much noise in the hallway or room. The location for taking metro line 4 is ideal; the hotel is a stone's throw from the beach in a quiet neighborhood.
