May Day 2024. Good hotel, tasty food, beautiful weather.

It has potential but for now there are some problems. I read before about hysterics and rude receptionist - it is true, especially Milica. The owner should teach his staff how to be polite and hospitable. The same situation with the animators girls. The one who were amiable it is bassers in the dining room. Food was unsatisfactory, sometimes good, but for the hotel savings first of all, fruits were spoiled all the time, with mold , it is not normal. Desserts not tasty. Good meat or fish were just on the weekends. Coffee as usual not tasty. The tea situation was funny – Earl Grey was the most popular, but they wouldn't refill it, instead adding any other tea that wasn't in use... It's unpleasant, they're skimping on everything, even on tea. Don't count on the meat nights; firstly, they're paid for, and secondly, they reschedule them, which means if you paid for the meat night and stayed an extra day, you'll unfortunately miss out because they've rescheduled it. The bike rental is weird: you sign a contract, but they won't give you a security key for the bike. There was never a staff member on site when returning the bike, and you're obligated to return the bike to them, meaning you have to leave it without the key and look for a staff member, which is very convenient for thieves. Cocktails are terrible, the all-inclusive option isn't worth the money. If you see the name of a cocktail, like a mojito, it'll only have lemon, ice, and Sprite. The alcoholic version is low-quality alcohol. The slot machines are deliberately set up unfairly, they don't even give out tokens, but they take money without the possibility of a refund. Two other families suffered this in our presence. There are a lot of rooms, but they too old like the all building, everything needs a renovation. The territory with trees , you can use sun loungers under them on the territory or on the rock close to the sea. Entering the water from the slabs, the depth is immediate. You can pay for using a children's inflatable playground in the sea, further from the shore. I liked the hotel's rule for those who like to occupy sun loungers: if you put a towel on it and are absent for a while, the towels are confiscated and you lose access to your sun lounger. Parking is not recurred,but it is paid, the hotel gate to the beach closes at night on weekdays without any warning, which can leave you in an awkward situation. The walk around is long and through a dark forest. There's no drinking water anywhere in the hotel, it's not sold... after the bar closes, you'll be thirsty; the management suggests drinking from a tap that smells of rust. There's no shuttle to Umag, it's a long walk, scary in the evenings—a 45-minute one-way trip. There's a small train running along the beach that takes you to Umag, but it costs 4 euros per person each way. The evening entertainment, like the hotel itself, is outdated, from the last century. It's supposedly there, and it's not bad for drinkers whose main goal is to get drunk at the bar. The crowd is mostly pensioners or families with children. The evening entertainment is ideal for them. Room cleaning was good. Wonderful sunsets.

Top location, the rest is not really commendable.
