The hotel was very clean, with a warm welcome upon arrival. Its convenient location makes getting around easy and allows you to fully enjoy your stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. I highly recommend it!

At check in they demanded CASH & deposit but took a copy of my credit card as well. We stayed for 4 nights, Saturday, October 18 & ckd out Wednesday, October 22, 2025. I noticed when we got home 8 hours away & unpacked, my jewery bag of my most lovely & favorite, gold with diamond pieces, silver pieces, as well as much of my favorite collection of unique jewelry from travels all over was missing from my suitcase. We had the blue, Do Not Disturb tag that was provided, in the room card entry slot the entire time.. BTW, they knew that we were going to San Diego Tuesday & wouldnt be around. I called to tell them of the missing jewelry bag & they said they'd check with the housekeeper but of course she said she didn't see it, because I just know she stole it. They have a master key with access to all rooms at any time. I'm so distraught I can even function over this. I called the OC Sherriff Dept & they told me to file a report when the San Clemente Police Dept opens on Monday but I know I'll never see my jewery again. I also have to travel back to San Clemente to file in person. I wouldnt stay at this hotel unless you don't care to be stolen from. We also noticed a couple sketchy guys a couple times around the property openly smoking pot one evening & banging on the coke machine, weird. I mentioned it to the front desk guy but did the same to phase him. I've never had anything like this happen & its so very disturbing & I feel so violated! The housekeepers are Hispanic & don't speak English. I'm probably not the only person this has happened to there! I have no photos to share because the jewery has been stolen. At least $2,000 worth. Im so very heartbroken 💔 BEWARE!!!
