The hallway, stairs, and elevator were inadequate for a four-star hotel. The room was tiny, barely room to open a suitcase. The air conditioning couldn't be kept on because it was too far in front of the bed, the sleep mode didn't work properly, and the bathroom sink was clogged. Despite the air conditioning having only been on for a few hours, the unit leaked water onto the television below, suitcases, and the computer. A four-star hotel is completely inadequate.

This is probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and definitely not value for money. For this price EUR 360/night you could get a room in a resort but this hotel cannot compare even slightly. It is at a central location near the main train station which is convenient. Other than that, the hotel was a joke. When you enter, there is a sign that says “do not judge us for what’s going on in the street outside”. Well, the outside is not the problem and we did not mind it at all. It’s the inside of the hotel that has the problem. The name was Bella Napoli suites but it’s in the same building as Santa Angelo just different floors – don’t know what the deal with that is, it just confuses guests. If you take the spooky staircase to your room you will notice the neglected walls with paint coming off as if you were in an abandoned building. The room was strange. It had a small window overlooking the indoor yard space with evident signs of insufficient cleaning in the room and bathroom and humidity on the wall. Damages on the furniture were visible and poorly patched. The rooms have plain thin doors and you can hear everything happening in the corridor. Attention is given to meaningless features instead of actual quality. The room had a huge TV that you need to watch from a 10m distance makes you wonder why when the bed is only 2m away – not that we used it at all. We stayed 3 adults and a 2yr old in our room. When we arrived there was a double bed and a single bed. I asked for a crib and they said they could get it the next day since I had not requested it in my reservation. That is true however we travel a lot and hotels always ask you to state the age of your kids -as did this one, so I find it negligent not to make sure in advance there is a sleeping spot for the kid which is what other hotels do without being asked. There is no reception area or bar/restaurant. The breakfast area is a small room in the basement. The buffet is tiny with few and badly executed options. We would not recommend this hotel. It is a rip off.
