One-line summary: I loved the quaint atmosphere, cheerful staff, and delicious breakfast. Staff: This is a 4-star hotel with a 5-star feel, with a lobby and breakfast restaurant. While my weekend stay, including breakfast, cost nearly 500,000 won for one night, I was a little disappointed. However, I was grateful for the kindness of the lobby staff and bartender (Jonathan). I felt their warm hospitality was the best in Florence. There was no electric kettle in the room. I needed warm water for my cold medicine, and the lobby bar provided a single-serving kettle (at no extra charge), which helped me take my medicine and enjoy my trip. Breakfast: The breakfast was varied, especially the variety of breads. I've always been a sucker for cold medicine, but this was my first time getting an Americano here in Italy. I was completely satisfied!! Room: Compared to other 4- or 5-star hotels, the rooms felt noticeably larger. The bathrooms were also spacious. I had a room with a view of the Arno River, but there were a few mosquitoes, perhaps because of the riverside location. It was pleasant, as there were no unpleasant smells or air fresheners. I stayed at two hotels in Florence, and both provided high-quality slippers, which was nice, and a doormat next to the bed was very convenient (I couldn't find a hotel in Rome that provided a doormat). The room was warm and quiet, so I slept well. The bathroom had two sinks, which was convenient.

We stayed at the hotel in 2022, so this is a retrospective review, but the experience was excellent. The service at the hotel was excellent, it was very difficult for us to arrive by car because of all the ZTL signs, but the hotel staff was with us on the line and guided us how to get there. For those arriving by car - it is highly recommended to use the parking services in advance through the hotel. The rooms are stunning, and the view of the river is wonderful. The hotel is located in a central area, and it is really easy to walk from here. Attached are some pictures of the scenery right near the hotel.

Great view, big room, the breakfast is very good. I also tried the lunch and it was delicious. I recomand this wonderful hotel. Clean, great service, a safety place, a dream landscape, a hotel with history.
