Good location in West Berlin with direct access to buses (100 & M29) for transportation. Nice clean room, the windows open and many have balconies. The lack of reception was a big problem for all of us. Somewhere in the background, a small room was hidden for service if I needed anything! The breakfast was rich and the hotel areas were particularly neat. We were very unhappy with the elevators as we had rooms on the 3rd floor, there was no instruction on which elevator to take and you had to go to the 1st, walk a long way and take another elevator for the 3rd... we were a group of 19 people... The elevators worked with or without a card. As a result, the door would close and you would stay inside. There was no access by stairs as the doors between the floors were locked for security reasons, they told us!

Located close to public transportation and easily accessible. Ample parking is available at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. I will definitely book a room here again when I'm in Berlin!

Huge hotel with spacious rooms. There is a nice bar, ping ping room, fosball. Breakfast is decent and with plenty of tables. There is bus tour stationat 5 min from the hotel. Really good experience with this place. Indeed, the automated check in is slow and the lift system confusing.
