We spent New Year's Eve at the hotel, and I must highlight the excellent service and professionalism of the dining room staff. The New Year's Eve dinner was superb; we'd definitely do it again. Alfonso and his team deserve a 10/10. The only downside was the DJ. He was incredibly arrogant. I wanted to offer him other gigs for our company, but when I approached him, he gave me a look of disdain and signaled that he wasn't taking requests or comments. A word of advice: you never know who might talk to you. I wish him the best of luck.

We stayed to celebrate Christmas with the whole family and it was a great success. The buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is well-maintained and conveniently located.

Good location, parking available 200m from the hotel, large rooms for 4 people (parents and 2 children). Comfortable rooms, large lobby and lively bar/restaurant, newly renovated with a varied buffet (the chicken is halal), friendly and professional staff, pleasant spa, billiards and ping pong table. Just a few minor points to improve in my room: the toilet was a little wobbly and the wallpaper could use updating. Otherwise, I recommend this nice hotel.
