Imagine a TERRIBLE hotel, then multiply that. The breakfast was awful. The room's air conditioning didn't work. At reception, the attendant was a newbie and more lost than a blind man in a shootout. Crazy. Never again 🙏🏽.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Upon arriving in the room, I found the floor very dirty, as well as the bathroom floor, which had a red paint stain(?), dirt, a greasy appearance, and a light greenish goo on the walls. The shower curtain was also very greasy. The towels were old and stained. I asked the reception for cleaning to come through the room, and the difference was minimal. Some of the furniture in the room was very dusty. I found the hygiene extremely poor for the price; I was disgusted during my stay and even used a cloth, which I bought myself, to try to alleviate the situation. As for the breakfast, it really does look like the pictures posted, with reasonable options and taste. For the price, I wasn't expecting luxury infrastructure, etc., but the minimum: hygiene. I was disappointed.

The room I stayed in looked dirty (including the walls and the closet). The bathroom had dampness, a greasy plastic curtain, and broken tiles (including inside the shower). The only thing similar to the photos was the breakfast (which was disappointing on the last day, since they say it ends at 10:30 am, I arrived at 9:40 am and there was almost nothing left). I do not recommend it!
