The size and facilities are adequate for people who don't plan on staying in the room for long, mainly sightseeing in Osaka, and only return to the hotel to sleep. The front desk staff seemed busy and pressed for time, rushing guests and speaking to them in a slightly harsh manner, which made me feel uncomfortable listening to them. However, the cleaning staff I passed upon checking out greeted me cheerfully and politely, which was a bit comforting.
