I can’t lie and pretend I stayed here, it was just out of our price range for this years visit. However for our next visit to Puerto no other hotel would even be considered. We met here on our last night in the town with friends and we whiled away many rainy hours drinking and taking in a very nice bar, the service was phenomenal and the whole hotel lobby area was charming with plenty to look at and do. We bought quite a few drinks and in my mind I calculated a spend of €100 so was pleasantly surprised when the bill was nearly half that. It costs a lot more than any other hotel in the town, but factor in what you can do if the weather is poor and this should then become your only option. We’ve stayed in many other hotels in the town and none of them were a patch on our limited experience here. I’d have loved to have tried the food but the restaurant was booked out, but looked and smelled amazing. Stay here, don’t even consider other options, it’s just a false economy.

The attention to detail was 100%, the facilities unique, the services excellent, the restaurants to choose from to suit all tastes, the breakfast buffet fantastic, the attention to detail in everything—this is a place you'll want to return to again and again. The spa is perfect for disconnecting and leaving you feeling brand new. Everything was excellent. They were attentive to every detail; they knew it was my partner's birthday and immediately sent a bottle of cava with a red rose, dessert, and a candle to sing "Happy Birthday" in the room—what a thoughtful touch! The doorman, Antonio, stands out for his friendliness and kindness, but all the staff are very friendly, polite, and attentive—at reception, in the bars and restaurants, the housekeeping staff—all very professional and welcoming. We didn't leave the hotel; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
