This is the fourth time I've stayed at this hotel, and it's always been great, but this time the waiter who served us was completely inattentive. He was practically absent the entire time, even though my partner and I were the only diners there. We've had the opportunity to be served by other waiters who were always attentive, checking if we needed anything, and clearing away dishes we weren't using. That's exactly what one expects from a waiter, nothing more, nothing less. I hope you'll do something about this, because that kind of attitude and lack of service doesn't reflect what you're all about. I truly expect nothing less from you. I would like to stay at your hotel for a fifth time and receive the same level of service as before, not like this time.

It's nice and private, the food is good—nothing amazing, but good—the coffee is delicious, and the service is excellent. The buffet is $350 on Sundays and it's worth it.
