DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL (The room was uncleaned with fecal matter stains on the toilet, a horrible cigarette smell, the bathroom was damp and moldy, the terrace was uncleaned and covered in peanut shells..., they kept my money, I made a mistake with the reservation date, I called immediately to change it and they wouldn't let me because according to them, AGODA had to take care of it. They made it clear that the hotel refused to refund or change the reservation.....AGODA REFUNDED ME 50% in a voucher for a future reservation.....you are very wrong, I don't understand how you can keep your money and there aren't laws to prevent these scams...it's very common for someone to click and make a mistake....I don't understand how there isn't a system of precaution before charging, like when you buy a plane ticket...and anyway, how can this COMPANY be so shameless as to not refund your money when you made the wrong booking at the very moment of the The reservation process NOTIFIES OF AN ERROR... the staff were rude and ill-mannered... they refused to help at all times and were extremely dismissive... I still stayed there the next day due to time constraints and they only gave me an 8 euro discount... even though they kept 55.78 euros from the previous day when I made a mistake with the date... IT'S A SHAME THAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DO THAT BY LAW... AND AN ETHICAL AND MORAL SHAME... TO KEEP YOUR MONEY LIKE THAT... they didn't even have the decency to include breakfast on my second night... even though breakfast was included in my previous reservation... nor did they give me a room with a double bed... they gave me one with two single beds pushed together... and to top it all off, it was dirty and hadn't been aired out or swept... VALERIA, ROSA, AND THE PERSON WHO HELPED ME FROM THE RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT... ARE ALL ILL-MANNERED AND Inconsiderate people... And if they're answering to a boss who's forcing them to do this, that boss is a truly awful person... I'd be utterly ashamed to scam people like that... Maybe you're protected by poor regulations or a badly written law... but to behave like that in a hotel company is to be a truly awful person... To the three inconsiderate people who served me at reception (they might make a mistake sometimes, like I did)... that day they'll remember how awful they were, and they'll more than deserve it...

We just stayed there; we'd been wanting to visit but it was always full. We were really happy with our stay. It's simple but very welcoming. My only suggestion to the hotel is to change the pillows—they're awful. The location is ideal: central yet peaceful. And I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Vicente at reception for his kindness. We'll be back!
