The hotel is located in a fantastic area of Palermo. It has a relaxed, international atmosphere with a warm Argentine smile. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room is spacious, clean, and tidy. The mattresses and linens are excellent, and the air conditioning works well and efficiently. There's a large TV with hundreds of channels. The breakfast is especially delicious: scrambled eggs made with real eggs, a great selection of good bread (including croissants!), and it's served until late in the morning. I'll be back!

We stayed for a week. The location is very good. Although there's a private hospital across the street and you often hear sirens, the area is quiet at night, perfect for resting. Safety was also excellent. No problems at all, and you can walk around without worry. There's also a mini-market across the street, which is very convenient. It's just a few meters from Avenida Córdoba, where you can find absolutely everything. Regarding the hotel itself, several points in its favor. The rooms were very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The internet works well. It has a small balcony and a mini-fridge (which didn't cool very well; the technician said it only maintains the temperature, which could be changed). In our room, we had a sink and an electric kettle for making something hot in the evening if we wanted. An iron and clothesline are included. If you have noisy guests next door, you'll definitely notice it, especially if they're Brazilian and shout about everything. But in general, everyone was respectful when they arrived in the early hours of the morning. The pool is small, but we didn't use it much. It's sufficient if you're just looking to take a dip and sunbathe for a while. They have a lovely terrace on the 7th floor where you can go for a snack or a drink in the evening. Regarding breakfast, we noticed there was almost no variety from one day to the next. We stayed for 7 days and it was always the same. There was a slight change in the cakes, but the rest was identical. The croissants seemed to have been eaten the day before; I tried a couple and they weren't fresh. They could improve and offer more options. As for the receptionists, we interacted with three people. Guillermo deserves all the praise. He's incredibly friendly, kind, cheerful, always willing to provide information, and polite and respectful at all times. It's hard to find staff with his qualities these days. A 10 out of 10 for him! I hope the owner appreciates all his hard work. His two colleagues were just the bare minimum. A quick hello and goodbye. No further interaction. They could do better. In conclusion, the hotel met most of our expectations. We would choose it again on future visits to the city of fury.
