The property is located in the historic center, a truly convenient location for those who need to explore Genoa's city center on foot. It's not a traditional hotel, but a property housed in a historic building, with several rooms spread across various floors. The overall atmosphere is pleasant, and the room, though small, is reasonably comfortable. Unfortunately, I must point out a major issue: the lack of a proper heating system. The room is equipped only with a heat pump, which, in my opinion, isn't sufficient to warm the room. I stayed for four nights on a business trip, and even though the pump was left on, the room remained cold. One evening, upon returning home, I found the air conditioning completely off because the cleaning lady had decided to turn it off. The result? The room was like a refrigerator. And even when turned back on, the air conditioning takes at least a day to bring the room to an acceptable temperature. Once it turns off, the room quickly becomes cold again. It's not a problem with the air conditioning itself, but rather the fact that this type of system isn't suitable for heating: to really heat, you'd need radiators, which aren't present. The bathroom isn't the best either: dated, poorly maintained, and lacking any heating source, which further compromises comfort in the colder months. In conclusion, the value for money might be good, but if you can't feel comfortable during your stay, it's worth the money. I recommend this property only for those who don't need heating; if you're sensitive to the cold or travel during colder months, it's best to avoid it.

We stayed in this hotel for one night, as for the location, nothing to say, but for the rest, the welcome was not the best, the parking agreement that when we collected the car we realized that it was all scratched at the back and last but not least... extremely dangerous for those with children... the dangerous windows, on the 3rd floor WITHOUT bars, a moment of distraction could happen with a child, so to say dangerous is an understatement!
