This is a very old hotel; if you like austerity, this is the place for you. Let's start with the first point: if I stay in any hotel, I expect a certain amount of friendliness. Here, you get neither a hello nor a good evening; it almost feels like you're spiteful. Then you arrive at the room, which may not have been opened for a while. The first thing you notice is the musty smell and the cold inside. The room is tiny. The beds are also tiny, made of wood, and the walls are white but rough. It feels like a convent. Aside from that, the room was clean, and there was hot water. You have to be lucky when it comes to getting your room; if you end up in the back, it's fine; the front of the hotel, however, faces a rather busy highway. Finally, for me, the price was too high for the type of room and for just an overnight stay...

A convenient place, especially for those who need to go to the Magione racetrack for various activities; both are just a 3-minute drive away. The atmosphere is pleasant, the vintage building, I believe from the 1980s or 1990s, is well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, at least those on the first floor, and clean. The electrical system is a bit dated, and it's difficult to find an outlet to charge your phone without unplugging a bedside lamp. Hot water is available immediately in the bathroom, which is extremely welcome even when you're in a hurry. However, the property is located next to a busy provincial road, which, in hot weather, makes it quite difficult to sleep with the windows open. Good breakfast.
