My experience with the management of this hotel was extremely disappointing. They assured me for months that they would rent me a space. First they said I could start in September/October, then they postponed it to November/December, then to January... We even reviewed the contract a few months ago, which led me to fully trust their commitment. After all this waiting, they offered an excuse for not proceeding with the rental. Because of this, I lost other opportunities, as I was counting on what had been promised. This behavior reveals a lack of professionalism, a lack of transparency, and little respect for the time and dedication of others. I do not recommend them to anyone seeking a serious and reliable partnership.

Due to a cancelled cruise, the hotel did not refund the cost of one night that we had already paid in advance, despite our request. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room was not working.

The hotel is centrally located, but definitely not a 4-star hotel. It smells like sewage. The lobby and bar area have all the charm of a freezer. The room with a lake view actually overlooked the parking lot and had a mere few centimeters of the lake. However, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast is mediocre: canned fruit salad and dry scrambled eggs. We certainly wouldn't stay here again.
