The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the train station – if you arrive by train – and the friendly receptionist at check-in. After that, I can't say anything positive. Perhaps the Wi-Fi is something that could be considered a positive. The rooms are clearly too small, there's no place to store your clothes, you practically live out of your suitcase. The air conditioning was filthy, and the door to the hallway could have been omitted entirely. You can see the hallway through the gap. (Room 167) As a result, the rooms are also very noisy. You can hear every conversation from the hallway and the next room. The room is so small that even the TV is mounted high on the ceiling. Absolutely not a 4-star hotel, at most a 2-star hotel. The view from the room was also a highlight. You looked out onto a dirty courtyard and into the rooms opposite. So the blinds had to stay down during the day. The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing more. The fact that all the tables were reserved for a tour group was very confusing for other hotel guests, including us. We ended up sitting at a reserved table because no one from the staff was around for a long time. The tables reflected this. Dishes and dirt from the previous guests were all on them. We had to ask the unmotivated staff member to clean the tables. Breakfast service was somewhat better on the second day. I would definitely not book this hotel again. There are much better hotels nearby, and at a significantly lower price.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly throughout the duration of our stay. The breakfast is good, the room was very clean, the water very hot, and it is in a great location! We did not eat at the restaurant in the hotel.
