The reception staff were very helpful. The hotel is located in the historic center of Castel Gandolfo. Parking is available nearby. Overall, a positive experience. I recommend it for a quiet weekend.

Very good service, good location, quiet. Very good breakfast. Small and simple rooms, but in my opinion not suitable for 4 stars. I asked to cancel the third day, they did not agree to refund the payment for the third day. We explained that they brought our flight forward, as you understand it did not help. Moreover, they asked to vacate the room because they had already rented the room to someone else.

I stayed at this hotel from October 24 to 27, 2025. It's an excellent hotel in the town center. Prices aren't cheap, but they're in line with other hotels in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and available for any problems. The rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and free parking was about 300 meters away.
