I went yesterday with a friend and we were very comfortable; the weather, the music, and the wine were delicious. We saw a lot of people coming and going, and that's why I'm giving my recommendation: the waiters need assistants, as the service was extremely slow at times. Although our waiter was very friendly, he was overwhelmed by the number of customers. The layout of the kitchen didn't help either. And in the end, she really didn't like that they charged tips by hand, but from the total amount including VAT. That's clearly an abuse and not legal. Please review this important point.

This hotel is disgusting. I absolutely do not recommend it. I'm seriously ill with a virus I caught at this hotel. It's filthy, the rooms are disgusting, the blankets gave me allergies, and the towels are ancient and dirty. This hotel is awful; it was the worst experience ever. Don't go to this hotel because you'll have a terrible experience.
