We went for the Lego exhibition and the escape room they offered as an additional activity. Our experience with the cafeteria staff and the receptionist was great. They were super friendly and attentive at all times. The activities themselves were a bit disappointing, especially the escape room. Initially, despite having booked more than 10 days in advance and being given the first time slot, they let a group go ahead of us, which meant we had to wait over an hour and a half to play the escape room. The Lego area is very nice and has a space for children to build their own structures and play for a while, but the wait was too long, and my children were already very tired by the time we got in. Regarding the escape room itself, some clues were poorly printed or worded, which meant the guide had to be overly attentive, as it felt like we were going around in circles, and it was quite intrusive. At €5 per person, they could easily reprint the incorrect clues, I think.

I gave it 1 star because I can't give less. I stayed at this hotel over the weekend of December 6th and 7th and it was awful. We had to change rooms 3 times because the rooms were dusty, the bathrooms were dirty, the bed linen was wrinkled, the towels were yellowed, there weren't even blankets. The hallways smelled of paint and some places smelled of mold, there were even spiders in the room. Saturday's dinner was of very poor quality.
