Our stay at the Hotel Cetina was extremely satisfactory. The service we received during arrival and check-in was exceptional, setting the stage for a truly pleasant experience. The room offered high-quality amenities and services, contributing to our comfort and well-being throughout our visit. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room and common areas was impeccable, reflecting the hotel's commitment to hygiene and environmental responsibility. In short, the service provided exceeded all my expectations, making my stay a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to future visitors to Segovia.

We chose this hotel from several options not only because of the reviews and location, but also because both the photos and the room description indicated that the bathroom had a bathtub. I'll explain the whole experience from the beginning: The location is fantastic, very close to the city center (less than 5 minutes from the aqueduct). The receptionist was friendly, quick, and efficient when she checked us in. The building, both inside and out, is beautiful, meticulously maintained, clean, and free of unpleasant odors. Furthermore, if you're looking for peace and quiet, it's very quiet both inside and out. The surprise came when we arrived at the room and saw that it only had a shower. Before writing this review, I checked the hotel's official website again, looking at the photos and description of the standard room for two people. It states a bathtub with a shower, and the photos show the bathtub—in all three photos that show that area. For me, it was disappointing because I specifically chose this option for this reason: I was coming from several consecutive weeks of work and wanted a quiet night and a relaxing bath. They had a nice touch at check-in: they gave us a welcome drink, which could be alcoholic or non-alcoholic. We chose the alcoholic cocktail of the day, which included rum, Cointreau, Blue Heart, and lemon. They also mentioned that they had lowered the price of breakfast. We didn't have breakfast, though. We had breakfast a couple of minutes from the hotel and didn't regret it, as we peeked in at breakfast time to see what was available for almost €13 per person and found very little variety. The bed was very comfortable. The pillow selection was excellent. Check-out was also quick and efficient. We asked the receptionist if she could call us a taxi, and she arranged it very quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and recommend the hotel. However, I think they should clearly state everything in the room descriptions, such as whether there's a bathtub or shower, because a bathtub with a shower is a bathtub with a shower, not just a bathtub or shower.
