Everything was lovely, except for the cutlery, which was almost entirely disposable. On the special menu (with a tasting included), they literally serve you one drink.

An exceptional stay! An absolutely magnificent site, down to the smallest detail. The villa rooms are very spacious, well-organized, and very comfortable. Numerous activities are offered for adults, families, and children. You can explore the grounds as a family by bicycle. The swimming pools are heated. The service is outstanding; there's nothing to complain about! It's definitely worth a visit!

The place itself is absolutely beautiful and the entire property feels very well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The food was consistently delicious, and every meal we had exceeded our expectations. One detail we truly appreciated was that the pool in our villa was heated. Since the temperature outside was a bit chilly during our stay, this made a huge difference and allowed us to fully enjoy the space and relax comfortably. Shoutout to the guy working at the farm. I don’t remember his name, but he was incredibly kind and took the time every day to explain something new to us about the animals. He truly made the experience even more special. The spa is also stunning, very serene and beautifully designed. However, the only real disappointment was one of the treatments. I don’t recall the exact name, but it was a Mayan ritual that included a massage. Unfortunately, I think I was unlucky with the therapist because the massage itself was not relaxing or effective. I finished the treatment feeling like I needed an actual proper massage, which was disappointing given the setting and the price point. The only recommendation I would make is, before our arrival, we received a text asking several questions, such as the reason for our trip, what our favorite snacks and drinks were etc. Naturally, this created the expectation that perhaps those preferences would be reflected in the room upon arrival. When that didn’t happen, it felt a bit confusing. If those questions are not connected to a personalized touch or experience, I would suggest not asking them, as it sets expectations that may not be fulfilled. That said, aside from these points, we truly enjoyed the property and had a lovely overall experience.
