Terrible. They scam you with the online reservation on their own website. We arrived at the hotel around 1 a.m., and the check-in, which should have been quick so we could go to sleep, was torture and a rip-off. They told us the reservation was there but that no deposit had been made. We showed them the email indicating we had paid for one night as a deposit, and they said it wasn't valid proof because "their system said otherwise." We were stuck like that for two hours. Despite having the email, they demanded our bank statement showing the charge. We had booked six months prior and told them we no longer had that card and that we could request the statement when the bank opened in the morning. Then they told us there was no alternative; we had to leave or pay 100% because it was impossible we had paid a deposit, that their website doesn't accept payments, and that those reservations were fake. In the end, they scammed us out of one night's stay and left us stranded on the street at 3 a.m. They didn't offer any alternative accommodations for the night, leaving us stranded on the street in the early hours despite having a confirmed reservation, paying a deposit, and receiving their email confirming the payment. I'm obviously going to look into legal action; I don't know if it's through the consumer protection agency (PROFECO), but this is a scam, and they stole our money.

The only good thing was the location. There was no elevator service, and we were a family with babies, so we needed to bring up strollers and luggage, and there were no bellhops either. The room cleaning left much to be desired, with trash under the beds. The scent in the common areas was nice but very strong; it should be more subtle. Also, the air conditioning never cooled the room. They announce the room number out loud, which is standard practice in most hotels, especially in a small hotel. It has potential, but they still have a lot of work to do.
