Beautiful hotel with great location. Lovely and complete interior with a calm and relaxing ambiance. Cozy restaurant with a neighborhood feel. Absolutely top service on all levels. Will definitely return on a later occasion. :)

A loyal customer for over a year, I left this establishment shocked, humiliated, and deeply angry. From the moment I arrived, the manager fixed me with a heavy, cold, and clearly hostile stare when I mentioned I was there to see a friend who worked there. This contemptuous attitude, from the very first seconds, was already unacceptable, especially towards a regular customer. My friend, seated at the bar, came to take my order. Despite this, the manager intervened again, in a curt and authoritarian tone, to ask me what I wanted to drink. I calmly replied that I was already being served, as my friend was standing right next to me. At the same time, I received an important call from a colleague who was on his way. I answered it briefly. It was then that she made a harsh, intrusive, and deeply humiliating remark: "Can't you see he's talking to you? Show some respect." “ This intervention was abusive, inappropriate, and completely unjustified. She had no right to speak to me in that manner, without knowing the context or our relationship. I clearly felt a brutal judgment, a desire to belittle me, and a total lack of basic respect. This scene put me in an extremely uncomfortable situation, to the point where I wondered if this treatment was influenced by my appearance or skin color—a deeply troubling and unacceptable feeling in 2025. A customer sitting next to me witnessed the entire scene and came to see me afterward to confirm that the manager’s behavior was shocking and unacceptable. Having worked for several years in the luxury sector, I can say that I have never encountered such a level of arrogance, contempt, and incompetence. Such behavior is unworthy of this prestigious establishment.” The manager then left without a word, without an apology, and deliberately slipped away when I tried to speak with her, leaving behind a tense situation and a deeply upset customer. I am disgusted by this experience, which has unfortunately given me a very negative impression of this establishment. However, I would like to thank the usual staff, who are impeccable, respectful, and kind, a stark contrast to this shocking, disgraceful, and unacceptable experience. This situation deserves to be taken seriously by management if customer service still holds any value here.
