The front desk gentleman is the reason for the 1-star review. When I checked in, I specifically asked for a feather-free room due to a severe allergy. He looked at me like I was being unreasonable and assured me the pillows were polyester. Both rooms I was assigned had feather pillows. In the first room, the deadbolt didn’t lock, which is a basic safety issue. When I went back downstairs to request a different room, instead of apologizing, he asked if I had used anything in the room. The second room seemed fine until I tried to wash my face. The faucet is installed too far back, so unless the water is on full blast, it runs onto the counter instead of into the sink. Overall, poor attention to guest safety and comfort. Save yourself the hassle and stay next door.

i stayed here and i left a stuffed and i went back a couple days later the front desk dude was every nice but when i got my stuffed animal back they tag was cut off so perfectly and it wasn’t in the lost and found it was in the manager’s office ik it’s just a tag to a toy but they cut it off and that’s pretty weird to cut something off that’s not even yours to begin with
