Absolutely appalling and run for the hills! Avoid this hotel at all costs! We spent a dreadful night there, with bedbugs everywhere in room 414. Bedbugs in the sheets, in our room, they were swarming everywhere, we were bitten constantly. The carpet was old and worn. A bedbug infestation the likes of which I never thought possible. The manager was also appalling and had the nerve to tell us that bedbugs, and I quote, "are everywhere, it's just that the media doesn't talk about them anymore." An abominable experience. The manager had promised to reimburse us for the cost of car washing and cleaning clothes contaminated by bedbugs, but feeling cornered by our legitimate emails (after waiting more than eight days without any response from her or her assistant, we wrote an email explaining that we were stranded and desperate, fearing we would infest our homes through contact with our infested clothes and car), she told us she wouldn't follow up on our request and wouldn't honor her commitments. In short, everything was a disaster. Her behavior sounded like a childish argument during recess and was completely unbecoming of a manager. She's a manager in name only... Avoid her at all costs; she's truly appalling, and that's an understatement. I told her I'd make a TikTok video for people to see, and she suggested adding a rock 'n' roll soundtrack—what could be more disrespectful and unprofessional?! Disgusting in every way. And don't even get me started on the breakfast—meager and poor quality. This stay was a nightmare, and frankly, I would have preferred a nightmare; at least that would have been something I didn't experience, unlike this experience which still stings.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast offered a wide selection. For the price of the room, it seemed reasonable. However, the restaurant was a letdown in the hotel's overall offering. The meal we had was far below the quality we expect from this establishment. It's a shame, as it damages the hotel's image in our eyes, hence the 3-star rating.
