A fantastically friendly staff who are committed, helpful and positive. Good location near the train station for a three-minute trip to Sorrento. But St Agnello also has a good selection of restaurants, although not as large as Sorrento. Large parking for those of us who came by car, cramped to get up with a car but no scratches during the week. Ok breakfast, not exceptional in any way. Unfortunately a bit picky some mornings. Quite ok pool for cooling off even though it wasn't swimming temperature when we were there. The negatives are the following: The proximity to the train, the train runs right next to the hotel. The first few nights were more difficult, then you got used to it. The beds are quite hard and the duvets are thin. The wifi is completely unusable. It was a little better to turn off the wifi and use mobile coverage which was also not very good in this particular area.

Amazing stay at this hotel. I stayed here in 2023 for one week and again, this year (2025) for another week. It is a family run welcoming hotel. The service is great, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The food is good and accommodating if you have dietary needs. The pool is great. 30 minute walk into Sorrento, although round the corner there is a train that takes you there in 2 minutes. Highly recommend, and will be back again!

Pretty basic hotel. Bathroom light wasn’t working, ants in the room, and no hot water when I wanted to shower early in the morning before departure. A noisy school group kept me awake one night. It was fine for a cheap hotel for a couple of nights but I wouldn’t rush back.
