If the man working here around 11:00 PM on October 27th is the owner, there's a real problem. I paid for a mini room through the platform, and when I checked in at the counter, I paid 2,000 won for amenities without any explanation about the room and received a room key for room 307. However, when I arrived, the room was in excellent condition. There were two PCs, and when I tried to use them, one of the monitors wouldn't work. I asked the counter staff about it, but the employee seemed to have trouble controlling his anger. He became very irritated and eventually started swearing at me. I didn't know they upgraded my room. You didn't tell me. Since there were two women, I thought they'd definitely be harassed, so I called the police, but they behaved the same way in front of them. If it were the owner, it would be a problem, and if it were an employee, it seems like they need some guidance. So I booked a hotel for a meeting the next day, but about 30 minutes after check-in, I was told I needed a refund through Yanolja after 11 PM. I'm currently paying an extra 50,000 won and taking a taxi home with the police. I hope only those who understand this kind of service, which is beyond rudeness and absolutely unacceptable, will use this service.

I stayed there for two days and felt incredibly itchy while sleeping. I felt there were significant issues with the cleanliness. The carpet felt dirty and uncomfortable.

You can arrive directly from Guro Station on Line 1, but there are no elevators or escalators when going up and down the station platform, which can be inconvenient when you have more suitcases on the way back. There was nothing to measure the weight of the suitcases, so it was inconvenient not being able to measure the weight of the checked baggage. However, the front desk staff were very kind and could speak a little Japanese, and there was a smartphone charger, so I was grateful that I didn't need a conversion plug.
