I rested here in the summer of 2025. There are too many minuses and they completely cover the pluses. Of the pluses, 200 meters to the sea, it is located almost in the center of the resort, close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment, the room has an incredible view of the sea, the air conditioner worked in the room. That's the end of the pluses, let's move on to the minuses: there was a crack in the wall in the room, the furniture is old, to be honest, it's scary to touch them, they can break from the slightest touch, there are stains on the table lamp, there was no drinking water in the room, and the tap smelled terribly of chlorine, the same situation was in the dining room in the common cooler and in the pool, in a word, it is impossible to drink water, it is unrealistic to dry your hair with a hairdryer, I took my own from home, there was also not enough hot water, in some cases I had to wash myself with cold water. As for the cleaning, I was also not very happy, they did not bring soap and shampoo even once after I checked into the room. The food is generally terrible, I didn't like it, for the 5 days I was there I ate pasta, vegetables, fruits, juices and tea - this is the only thing that was more or less suitable for consumption, you have to come in the first half hour because then you won't find anything edible, there was a fight for watermelon and melon. As for alcohol, the choice is not great, the alcohol is not tasty, cocktails at the bar were generally served in disposable cups, which don't look presentable. Supermarkets came to the rescue. The waiters were also not friendly, they drove around with carts and buckets and threw everything in the cesspool right in front of the guests, my appetite disappeared instantly! There is Wi-Fi, but it doesn't work at all, only on the first floor and then depending on where you are. There is no sound insulation, it's very loud, you can hear everything, it's extremely difficult to fall asleep. The toilet by the pool is a complete HELL! The door only closes with effort, dirt and sand everywhere. The stairs to the pool are old and dangerous, the fastenings are wobbly, it feels like they will fall off soon. It was on the stairs that I injured my leg. So, this hotel did not meet my expectations, I don't think I will want to rest there again!

A terrible hotel. This is the first time I've seen a hotel not have lunch on the day of arrival - people arrive in the morning and can't even drink coffee until 4:00 PM. And on the day of departure, lunch is included, which no one needs, because 90% of departures are in the morning. Instead of lunch, they will bring you bread and sausage, but if you arrived by your own transport and want to leave in the morning to be able to return home to the commandant's office, they will send you away and won't even let you. The owner is a scoundrel, customer orientation is zero, in this hotel everyone just doesn't give a damn about you, for food (often spoiled), you will have to fight with other guests, because there is a catastrophic lack of it))) Dirt everywhere, the stench in the common toilets is unreal, there is no cleaning. Don't be fooled by the price, it's better to pay a little extra and not spoil your vacation. I definitely don't recommend it.
