Hotel Concorde

Excellent hotel, welcoming and professional staff, spacious and well-maintained reception and common areas. The rooms are well-appointed and well-organized, with clean bathrooms equipped with all amenities. The continental breakfast was generous and plentiful. We also had dinner and lunch at the hotel restaurant, "La Bistronomia," which offered excellent food and attentive service. Definitely recommended.

I've stayed and dined several times at the Hotel Concorde Camerano, a property I've known for years and which, as far as the hotel itself is concerned, continues to be highly praised. The location is excellent, the atmosphere is refined, and above all, the hotel staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. I'd especially like to mention Consuelo and Laura, who have demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and great customer service for years. Unfortunately, however, I can't say the same about the restaurant, whose management I now find totally unacceptable. On the evening of February 28th, I once again found myself faced with the same situation as in the past: a group of guests (probably for an athletics competition) were present, and the menu was therefore limited to two first courses and two second courses, with no real choice. I understand the presence of organized groups, but this shouldn't be to the detriment of individual hotel guests, who pay and have the right to receive adequate service. To my very simple request for at least a meat platter, the initial response was a curt "nope." After the manager intervened—rather annoyed, by the way—I was "granted" something that could only be described as a generous platter: a small plate with a few pieces of meat on a bed of salad. The key isn't the dish itself, but the approach to the customer. When managing a restaurant within a hotel, the customer should never feel like they're being inconvenienced by a perfectly normal request. In a hotel, the restaurant must be able to adapt to the customer, not the other way around. For this reason, while I continue to consider the hotel excellent in many respects and reaffirm the great professionalism of the hotel staff, the restaurant's management needs to be completely overhauled, both in terms of service and the way it interacts with customers. Therefore, my rating becomes: • Hotel: 5 stars • Restaurant service: 1 star Until the restaurant management is improved and downsized, I have no intention of returning for dinner, because incidents like this should not happen again in a facility of this caliber. Overall rating: 3 stars.

An experience full of pros and cons. For those arriving from the station or working in the area, it's certainly very convenient, especially since it's within easy reach of both Ancona and Osimo (and the surrounding area). Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Top!
