I do not recommend it. When I arrived to check in, I found two people arguing at reception and they didn't even say good evening. This demonstrates a lack of professionalism from the staff. The employee who attended me was going to charge me the price for two adults, and I had to go to the website myself to confirm the price because they were giving me a random amount. The rooms smelled of sewage all the time, hair on the floor... The breakfast also left much to be desired. Many of the items I chose at check-in were unavailable, and I literally spent the entire breakfast listening to the staff talking very loudly in the pantry/basement during the day. The guests next to me were also commenting that they couldn't even have peace and quiet during their meal. Dry bread, expired yogurt, dirty dishes. For a 4-star hotel, it falls far short of expectations.

We were there during Cyclone Gabriele. One of the windows wouldn't close, specifically the one near the headboard. We had to change rooms around 11 pm.

Good location, practically in the center. The rooms were very decent, especially the bed, which was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety, especially sweets. Another highlight was the private parking. What caught our attention most was the decor in the hallways. The doors and walls are printed like a native forest, which is very nice, but the lighting is a bit unusual, and it was always very cold.
