When I checked in, there were about five employees in the lobby, but not a single one greeted me! The man at the front desk, who is the face of the hotel, was incredibly unfriendly and had a bad attitude! It was hard to find the parking spot! The changing room in my room hadn't been cleaned! Was it from the previous guest? There was trash in the trash can, and not enough toothbrushes or towels for everyone. There was a fair amount of hair in the room! I wonder what they clean? Naturally, I complained to the front desk, and a manager came. Since my plan didn't include dinner, I went out to eat. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was a buffet, but there was almost no space between the tables! The tables were too close together! You could hear every conversation! The table placement was definitely wrong. It felt rushed. It was impossible to eat at leisure. I don't know... it was the worst, worst stay ever! Someone else had mentioned in their review, and there was even a response from the owner?... The male employees, especially the front desk staff, shouldn't be serving customers! Why don't they start from scratch? Re-educate them? They said they would warn them, but it seems like nothing has been done!

A hotel with a Showa-era retro (old) atmosphere. The appearance of the rooms gives you a sense of history. The bathtub in the room was deep, and the rubber stopper was worn out, so it took a long time for the water to fill. In the women's large public bath, you can't go directly from the indoor bath to the open-air bath; you have to dry off and go through the changing room before going in. The drainage from the washing area in the large public bath smelled like sewer. The plumbing is probably old, but it's unpleasant in a place to relax... The food was unremarkable, like the kind you'd expect in a traditional inn. In both the room and the dining area, the cushions kept slipping off the floor chairs, making it uncomfortable to sit on.
