They even measure the toilet paper. They give you more fines than a Four Seasons, as if they had any right to demand anything. Bad internet, cold water, limited toilet paper, no extra pillows. I'd fine them 1000 pesos.

- To begin with, I booked through Booking.com, and the photos are a complete misrepresentation of the rooms. They're smaller, and honestly, three people in these rooms would be a nightmare. The photos are taken at 0.5x magnification, and whether they like it or not, that visually affects the room's size. We spoke to the receptionist to let them know what was happening, and their response was, "You booked through a website that isn't ours." - There is NO hot water for showering. The first day I arrived, I had to shower with lukewarm water because no matter how long I waited for the hot water to come on, it never did. I called reception for help, and they hung up on me without offering any solution or assistance. The next day, I called and went down to reception again, hoping they would finally help me, but their solution was to leave the tap running for more than 7 minutes. I thought it was an incredible waste of water. Finally, they called maintenance, and he was the one who helped us get the hot water working properly. The third day was the same; we left the tap running for over 15 minutes and no hot water came out. We asked for help again, and they said hot water would come on, but nothing. - There's no cafeteria, and honestly, there's not much nearby to walk to in the evening. - The only saving grace is that the reception, maintenance, etc. staff are helpful with these problems, but at the end of the day, these things shouldn't be happening. It's not normal to have no hot water for three days straight and have to keep asking for help to fix it.
