The services at this 5-star hotel are disappointing. We arrived in our room on Friday, January 2nd, and a bathrobe and a pair of slippers were missing. We had to call reception twice and wait 15 minutes for a second bathrobe to be brought to the room. The pool was cold, even though it was advertised as 29 degrees Celsius. The sauna and hammam were overcrowded (these areas are also open to the public, even those not staying at the hotel). There were no individual lockers available for our bathrobes and slippers at the spa, and when space was limited, we were forced to stack them on top of each other, which is unhygienic and unbecoming of a 5-star hotel. The sauna and hammam emitted unpleasant odors. A more controlled flow of guests would result in better service… The bathrobes and slippers weren't our size, and we surprised other guests wearing sneakers in the spa because the staff informed us that they were unfortunately out of slippers that weekend… The rooms aren't soundproofed… In 2025, in a 5-star hotel, the TVs in the rooms aren't equipped with streaming platforms like YouTube and Netflix. The hotel staff seems quite inexperienced, and when we provided feedback during and after our stay, our request was ignored, and we received no compensation. The organization in the breakfast room is anything but relaxing. We felt rushed and under pressure from the staff. The only positive points noted: spacious room, comfortable bedding, breakfast... We sincerely believe that this hotel has long relied on its historical reputation and is now resting on its laurels, ignoring customer feedback.
