The hotel's location is ideal, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the welcome is friendly, and the breakfast is very well-stocked with something for everyone. One small point, however: be aware of the breakfast staff's chatter. I was able to overhear one of your receptionists having a very personal conversation without even trying to listen. In short, the Hôtel de Castiglione is very well located, allowing you to easily explore one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Paris. The atmosphere is calm and the staff is welcoming.

The worst place ever. Cold, inhuman, and heartless people. The customer service is shameful. They're only after your money. I absolutely do not recommend them.
