Hôtel de Chiberta et du Golf

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel in a room with a balcony overlooking the golf course and lake. Positive points: - Pleasant welcome on the first day with a smile (which wasn't the case for the rest of our stay except at check-out, as it was the same person who had greeted us upon arrival) - Very nicely decorated room, comfortable bedding, and a functional bathroom with a separate toilet - The buffet breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of fresh and homemade products. Special mention for the granola, which was incredible. - The room was cleaned well. Negative points: - No welcome in the room upon our arrival - The service: apart from a pleasant welcome on Sunday from two employees upon our arrival and again on Friday morning when we left with the same team, we felt neglected during our stay. Some employees kept their eyes glued to their screens at the entrance and didn't say hello. The man who appeared to be the hotel manager completely ignored us, even though we passed him several times. At breakfast, the employee cleared our place settings while we were still refilling our meals. Furthermore, every morning, without even a proper greeting, she asked us for our room number. We felt that some other hotel guests were being treated with more consideration than we were. In our experience, even in other, less upscale hotels, the staff are more considerate and attentive to all guests, without exception. - Parking: Spaces are not specifically reserved for hotel guests, and parking can be difficult when the golf course is busy. - Cleanliness of the spa area: We only spent a short time in the hammam and sauna on Monday evening because the floor was very dirty (hair, etc.), and a sewer smell lingered in the shower area for the rest of the week. In short, we had a good stay overall, but the service is not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel.

An exceptional stay at the Hotel Chiberta. This establishment is a true haven of nature where luxury and simplicity meet with rare elegance. Everything is designed with exquisite taste: the architecture, the spaces, the decor… You immediately feel a soothing and refined atmosphere. The beauty of the location is remarkable, surrounded by greenery and just steps from the ocean, giving the impression of being cut off from the world while remaining in absolute comfort. The service lives up to the setting: discreet, attentive, and professional. You feel warmly and naturally welcomed, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect place to recharge, enjoy a magnificent setting, and experience a timeless moment. An address I wholeheartedly recommend.

I only spent one night at Maison Chiberta, but it was enough for me to appreciate the remarkable quality of this establishment. The hotel offers numerous amenities and services (spa, golf course setting, restaurant), which make for a particularly pleasant stay. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent: a perfectly cooked ribeye steak and impeccable service. What impressed me most was the staff: attentive, available, and genuinely responsive to guests, which is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare in the hotel industry. As a frequent traveler for work and a frequent guest, I want to commend the entire team for the warm welcome and the attention to detail, right down to the room. A very pleasant surprise.
