A small hotel in Paris with large, modern, and attractive rooms. With so many options in Paris, this hotel is a great alternative. The only downside is the lack of a restaurant for dining or room service, but there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Even so, it's very quiet.

Had an incredible stay here on a work trip with my wife. The staff was the definition of true 5* hospitality. They consistently went above and beyond and were incredibly friendly & thoughtful as well. The vibes and Hotel itself were immaculate all around, can’t wait to go back!

1/5 Stay Away!!! Horrible service at the front desk. Their housekeeping will steal from your room. Management will not help you and defend their staff. This is definitely NOT a 5-star hotel -- that is a complete joke. 1. When we checked in, the employee at the front desk dropped our luggage, which caused a bottle of wine to break open and spill all over our belongings. Initially they refused to help clean all the red wine off of my wife's clothes and stuffed animal gifts, and did not take responsibility for it. When he saw we were getting visibly angry, he then agreed to help. 2. During our stay the staff will open your door to "drop things off" even with the do not disturb sign on the door. This is a complete lack of respect for guest privacy and comfort. 3. When we checked out, we forgot some of my wife's clothes in the closet -- the clothes that were cleaned after getting stained by red wine. But when we asked the front desk to help retrieve it, they said it was no longer in the closet and that their housekeeping team saw my wife pack it in her suitcase... Umm... how would housekeeping see what my wife packs in her suitcase in the privacy of her own hotel room?? That was absurd, but the management did not believe us and the fact there were THIEVES on their housekeeping team. 4. We complained many times to hotel management, and communicated with their manager Philippe, as well as a Yiannis on their team. None of them were helpful and only increased our frustration in this hotel. It can be rough traveling around Paris as a foreign tourist. Don't make it tougher by staying at this hotel, it will only increase your chances of having a nightmare travel experience.
