I recently stayed at Hôtel de Sers and the experience was mixed. The AC was not working and despite informing reception more than once, no one came to fix it. The room telephone worked intermittently and then stopped completely. Some charging ports were also not functioning properly. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and professional. Fabian in particular was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has beautiful decor and a very nice bathroom. However, the maintenance issues need attention.
