We had no issues with the location as it was very close to Saint Joseph University. Our room was a double, clean but quite small. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The only problem we faced was that the Wi-Fi connection wasn’t strong enough.

HOTEL WITH BEDBUGS I was supposed to stay for 3 nights and had to leave in a hurry from the very first night at 1am, my bed was full of bedbugs. The staff working nigh shift at the front desk was nice and tried to be helpful. I called the marketing manager at 1am to say I was leaving the hotel and asked for reimbursement. She behaved awfully. She first refused to reimburse me the first night because “I had used the room” (while I had laid down for 5mn and was actually leaving their hotel in the middle of the night with a bag and clothes to clean). Besides, I had made the booking through a company as I was coming for a business trip - even a more awful experience to have bed bugs on a work trip. She pretended that bedbugs cannot go inside closets : “they live in beds, that’s why they’re called bedbugs”. She felt the need to specify that I would have to pay the first night but not the morning breakfast since I had left the room (!!!!). She offered to give me another room in the same hotel which is obviously not an option given the risk. She even admitted that it was not the first time but that usually customers get full reimbursement because they see the bed bugs earlier in the day and leave right away. I usually never bother to put negative comments and I admit that bed bugs can happen even in the best hotels but this behaviour was just inappropriate and shameful. They eventually reimbursed me the full stay which is the least one can do given the sleepless night, things I had to throw away and clothes I had to buy.
