The Hotel des Horlogers is wonderfully located and architecturally unique. The room temperature was a major issue. Despite repeated requests, the room temperature never reached 20 degrees Celsius, even with sub-zero temperatures outside. A noisy auxiliary heater finally provided some relief, but the room remained chilly the following day. This clear lack of quality would have justified a discount on the (high) room rate, but unfortunately, this was not granted. We generally enjoyed the food. What we missed was a bit more traditional, down-to-earth cuisine and fewer experimental dishes. Since we thoroughly enjoyed the region around Le Brassus, we will likely return to the hotel. We hope that by then, the hotel's management will be more noticeable and effective. The young staff certainly tried their best, but would benefit from more leadership – both in the service and at reception.

Traveling all the way from Kazakhstan and choosing to stay at Hôtel des Horlogers was truly an exceptional decision. After such a long journey, arriving at a place that so beautifully blends design, comfort, and atmosphere made the experience feel instantly special. The architecture and interiors are stunning, the attention to detail is visible everywhere, and the ambiance feels both luxurious and calming, creating a space where you can truly slow down and enjoy the moment. The wellness experience was outstanding. The massage was absolutely wonderful, and the therapist was extremely attentive, professional, and caring, ensuring a deeply relaxing and comfortable treatment from start to finish. It was the perfect way to unwind and added a meaningful layer of care and refinement to the overall stay. Dining was another highlight of the experience. Dinner was delicious, beautifully presented, and served in a lovely atmosphere, with waitstaff who were knowledgeable about the menu and gave excellent recommendations. Breakfast was just as impressive, everything was fresh and high quality, with the butter and scrambled eggs especially standing out, prepared to perfection. Overall, the service, environment, and concept of the hotel come together to create a truly elegant and memorable stay.
