Hotel Dieci

A charming and comfortable hotel, quiet at night. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the amenities are basic but all are there, from the eco-friendly welcome kit in the bathroom to the welcome water. A good breakfast is available. I'd love to return if I could.

This hotel has very small interior spaces. Upon arrival, the reception on the lower floor is striking. Once assigned to my room, I noticed that all the furnishings were very dated, the carpet was very worn and worn, and the room I was assigned (206) was truly tiny (with a bathroom lacking a bidet). It overlooked a very busy street, and fearing the noise from outside, I returned to reception to ask if I could have a room at the back. A very kind Mr. Stefano obliged (and I thank him very much), and I was assigned room 212, which was definitely larger in terms of space and bathroom, making it more livable (though still very small). The breakfast was decent, but still sufficient. A critical point is the lack of insulation between the rooms: you can hear every word, even those spoken in hushed tones, but you can also hear the bathroom water and any other noise. However, my neighbors were polite and made very little noise. The cleaning was otherwise good and there is no reason to complain. The Wi-Fi was excellent and worked well. Another plus is that it has a special agreement with a parking garage 300 meters away for those arriving by car. In the end, I slept well, had a decent breakfast, and appreciated the cleanliness and the kindness and professionalism of the staff, so I feel I can give it an overall positive review.

The hotel's interior decoration is exquisite and beautiful.
