The check-in staff were very friendly and efficient, making for a smooth and welcoming arrival. The rooms and hotel overall were exceptionally clean. The location is fantastic, right by the ocean with beautiful views of Monte Brasil. We enjoy walking, and the walk to the core was very pleasant, especially once we discovered a route that follows the ocean for most of the way. For those who prefer to drive, it’s less than five minutes to the center. It’s great value, especially with breakfast included. The selection was excellent and everything was delicious. The breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Sara. Thank you, Sara, for your exceptional service and warm welcome.

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant, the staff were very helpful, the breakfast was very varied, they have a gym with all kinds of equipment and needs, there is also a pool with jacuzzi to relax and the location is very good.

The rooms are very old and in need of renovation. There is a strong smell of mold in the rooms. On the other hand, the services work very well, especially the restrooms. Good food and very helpful service. However, the facilities are no longer equivalent to a 4-star hotel. Currently, it is not worth the price per night. Very poor value for money.
