I stayed a night at this hotel and had the most terrible experience. One hotel personal intruded my room in the morning using the housekeeping room card while I’m still in bed without knocking the door. When I asked her how did this happened, she did not even apologize at all during this incident. I could not believe the danger of my personal safety and the risk of my property loss could happen at a Hilton hotel. What if I was changing cloth, or in the shower or having a private or business conversation? I could not believe the basic safety training was not enforced by the property stuff here. I would not recommend this hotel not only because the unprofessionalism and disrespect of the property staff but also the safety risk of living in the hotel room, the lack of response from the management, and their distain for customers.
